The Bodley Bestiary is a medieval manuscript illuminated in Southern England around 1225–50. This beautiful mini Bodleian Libraries calendar features 12 incredible illustrations of animals and birds, real or legendary, which were used to draw out moral and religious lessons from the accompanying stories. Widely popular during the medieval period, these images continue to be much-loved. Informative text accompanies each work and the datepad features previous and next month’s views. Printed on FSC-certified paper, with plastic-free packaging.
